We will be joined by two representatives from the State Department on Saturday April 23. They will sharing information on:

1. changes to regulations for the J-1 program

2. process an Outbound EV takes in getting their visa including a general timeline from an initial appointment with a consulate to receipt of the visa

3. process for the Inbound EV form entry into the USA and report requirements during their stay

4. COVID impacts to the above

We will also have a brief time for Q&A with the audience, but preference will be given to questions submitted in advance.
